Default Did You Know That 75% Of Overweight people Are Carrying From Candida?

Candida is one of the most common diseases in our western society due
to our food habits and lifestyles. It's been established among
physicians and diet experts that 75% of all overweight people also are
suffering from candida. That leads normally to difficulties loosing
weight, so as Dr. Mark Leder put it: deal with your candida first and
you will be able to get rid of your overweight effectively.

So what are the symptoms of candida? The most common a

-Discomfort during urination

-Vaginal yeast infection

-chronic indigestion with gas and bloating

-fungal skin rashes and nail infections

-irritability and confusion

-fatigue and dizziness

-throat thrush

- recurring heartburn

Symptoms related to candida have been noted to become worse when the
individual is exposed to humidity or hot weather.
Besides the fungus infections, fatigue and dizziness is common
symptoms that can not only be very uncomfortable, but also very
frightening, if you don't know what it is about. Curing candida the
right way, i.e. the cause of the candida, the dizziness will disappear
for good. If you have visited your doctor for fatigue and they can't
find any problems with you, and you are suffering from symptoms above
as well, you can be quite sure the fatigue relates from the candida.
Once you start to cure your candida, with diet and medication, the
symptoms can occur even more intensely for some days, and you can be
extremely tired. This normally disappears after a few days, but since
it's extremely energy consuming, it can be a good idea to not have too
much scheduled during the start of your candida cure. Remember that in
the end you will feel much better and will regain your energy.

Candida Causes
Candida origins from the intestines as a normal part of the bacterial
flora, but when overgrowth appears, it affects the whole immune system
and can really effect your life fundamentally, with thrush fungal
infections and more. Many women get outbreaks of thrush during
menstruation because candida grows in progesterone.
You can really suffer from it, with fatigue or recurring yeast
infections that are a real discomfort. The symptoms can be treated
with traditional over the counter drugs, but that means that the
intestinal candida itself is not cured, and the symptoms and
discomfort are going to appear again after some time.

Candida diagnose
Besides from the symptoms above, candida can be diagnosed with blood
test by a physician.
Once you have it established, start with a treatment that will cure
the root cause of it. A sugar and fungus free diet is the most
effective way to kill the candida permanently. It's also important to
take supplemental herbs for a 100% good result. Garlic is one of
those, pure vitamin-c and psyllium will help to clean the intestines
and push the candida out of your body. There are some really effective
ways of treating candida, and you truly can be free of all those
irritating and energy draining symptoms and get you a healthier, more
energetic life. It's truly possible!

Sure overweight have Candida. It hides in the folds of their fat cause
that stays moist and warm. I bet you could culture some from almost
everyone's belly button too. Significant? Need to be treated? Probably
