Default Whay did you have for your Core breakfast???

I had this today for breakfast. This is day 2 on the Core plan.

Shredded wheat cereal,skim milk sprinkled with splenda & cinnamon
Decaf coffee with splenda and skim milk
Green apple

That's almost exactly what I had.

I weighed my cereal (50 grams of shredded wheat, 20g of Fiber One),
and measured my milk (2/3 c FF milk). Skipped the splenda & cinnamon.
Substituted grapes for the apple. Drank regular coffee with FF half &
half, no splenda. And of course, my daily vitamins.

2 eggs, scrambled
1 English muffin with butter (weekend treat - budgeted for and counted)
coffee with half & half (another weekend treat, counted)

Hi, I had 3/4 cup corn bran cereal, with 1 cup soy milk and 1 cup of grapes
and 2 cups black coffee with artifical sweenter. The soy milk is lowfat so
it is not core so I count it towards 2 allowance points
