Default Fruti2O Ice question

Hi all,

I stumbled across some Fruit2O Ice, which is a frozen Italin-ice like
dessert.

One serving has 18g total carbs, but it breaks down to 8g dietary fibers
and 8g sugar alcohols. Is this effectively only 2 "net" carbs then?

If the sugar-alcohols don't affect your blood sugar, yes. if you are
one of those who metabolizes the sugar-alcohols, no. How can you tell?
Glucometer.
