Just a short post 'cos I'm bored waiting for some work to complete at
home.....

Going really well this week. Saturday I managed to go over points
because I had breakfast while I was still on holiday, and even a
sensible evening meal couldn't make up for the huge fry-up

But so far this week I've been doing very well.

I was quite surprised to be not wanting carbs all week. I've gone back
to 30% protein and that seems to be keeping the hunger at bay.
I've done some weights and the weeks rest seems to have done me some
good. Haven't done any cardio, but I will tomorrow 'cos I have the
afternoon off.

I think I'll do well this week. I'll be very surprised if I haven't
lost anything. I'm hoping for about 2 pounds. The bodyfat reading went
up significantly after the weeks excesses and now it's dropped a
smidgen again which is always a good sign.

two more days to go till WI so I can still improve or mess it all up.
