Default BEST OTC APPETITE SUPPRESSANT?

What is the best OTC Appetite suppressant? I would like to purchase
from GNC. Have called around and the people that "work" in GNC don't
seem to know much.

Thanks.

I lost 70 lbs. on Phentermine, but got off of it. That was
prescription. Have about 20 more lbs. to lose and would like to find a
good OTC pill. I have a tremendous appetite! I've tried not taking
anything and I'm about to eat the kitchen walls any day now!

Thank You.

ECA. Ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. Google it. Ephedrine diet
supplements are not available anymore, but you can get the same ingredients
from Bronkaid, No Doz and aspirin. Same ingredients in the old formulation
of Hydroxycut and Thermadrene.

If the pharmacist will sell them to you. In many locations these are put
behind the counter because people use them to make meth which is illegal.

No. Do some research.. Asthma medication is still available OTC. The
ephedrine based asthma meds are combined with guafinesin which makes it
pretty much impossible to make meth with. It is not difficult to get at
all.

I thought ECA stack products are now available again? At least the old
drumlib.com site lists a few
(http://drumlib.com/supp/prod/ephedra_01.htm).

From the little experience I've had with the old Stacker 2, it was a
great appetite suppressant. I almost had to force myself to eat. YMMV,
of course.

Fuhgeddaboudit.
Aerobic exercise suppresses appetite and has a hundred other benefits.
Fluids eliminate some hunger pangs which are really disguised thirst.
Eating breakfast has been shown to prevent nighttime binging.
Getting your 8 hours sleep promotes a naturally produced hormone that
suppresses appetite and oh yeah, if you're thinking a lot more would be
better fuhgeddabout that too.

A mirror.

Not kidding, and not meant to be rude. Wanting to see a skinny you is the
best pill there is.

There are no magic tricks or (safe) magic pills. Its up to you, if/when
you're ready to change your lifestyle and the way you eat. You need to make
a permanent change. If you lose 20 (or 200) pounds and then go back to
eating the way you did before, you'll end up weighing what you did before.

My .02

Mike
