Default I cheated!!!!!!

I regret cheating...it was something emotional that ticked me off. I
am so stupid!! Now I feel physically tired. Could that be from
gorging on refined carbs? Anyhow, I am back on the diet and I realize
it was a dumb choice....

So now you know. While looking thin is certainly a GREAT side-effect and
incentive, it's not NEARLY the incentive that FEELING BETTER is, at least for ME
(but I'm a lot older than you). You aren't stupid, just fallible. Pick yourself
up and get right back on the wagon!
