You're right on the button Stephen. Give me something more!!!! LOL

Sounds like you've been in newsgroups for a while like I have been. I've
been in all kinds of groups for motorcycles, camping, computers in
general, and Linux. I never did use my killfile on anyone, by the time
someone gets outragious enough for others to plonk they are starting to
get amusing to me. G

Oh, the drama.....what to do, what to do....

Exacly. A subject line with many question marks, lanching into
"too late". It's a slam dunk sign of hysteria.

Even before measuring, the thing you need to do *AmBeR* is to drop
the hyteria. Weight loss is an emotional topic but the *process*
isn't. Hysteria uniformly lacks advantage and uniformly gets in
the way. Step back, take a few breaths, get past the fear, and
just follow the directions. Don't make a fuss about it just do it.

Folks who get hysterical drop off the plan far more often and far
sooner than folks who just get down to following the directions.

Your choice - hysteria and risk. We'll see you in a couple of
years when you try again. or just keep with it and stop playing
drama games. You'll still be here in a couple of years. Chose
well.

And after you've thought and chosen, get out the tape measure.
