When Did You Begin To See Results????????????
Hola,
I think after the first 30 pounds, because my pants really felt big!!! I put two pictures of my face side by side and really saw a difference there too!! Yazaira Member since Oct 2003 265/232/154 http://geocities.com/yazaira/dieta |

When Did You Begin To See Results????????????
I started induction around 3 weeks ago. Started at 267. Weighed myself
earlier and now down to 242. So, 25 pound loss in three weeks. I noticed the second week, pants that have been a little tight, now need a belt. I went through my clothes, and closet, etc. Going to donate the clothes that are too loose allready, that I no longer wear. Saved a few things that I really like to wear, but have been too tight to wear for a long time. So 2 weeks I noticed. |

When Did You Begin To See Results????????????

Not sure how someone can see results from a diet right away? I usually see some results in a week or two. It depends on how big I was. When I was 250 it took longer to see results as far as appearance. The scale I saw big results though. I think many women take a little longer to see results. They are many times not as strict as men. Curt "miette" wrote in message .11... (*AmBeR*) wrote in om: When you all began this diet, when did you begin to see results physically? Right away. ~miette When I woke up in the moring and my head was no longer clouded over with a carb hangover, when I slid behind my steering wheel and it didnt sqeek on my belly, when I was able to walk in safeway and not use their handicap buggy. Last year I went from 414 to 348. I could walk again. I blew it and gained some back but I am on the wagon again |

When Did You Begin To See Results????????????
Its really odd for me.
I have lost close to 70 pounds (latest guess is 72 pounds) yet I can not see ANY difference. maybe I measured wrong but I also can not see a measurable difference. after 2 months I was 1 inch smaller in waist and thigh (chest stayed the same) but todate it has not changed again since. I can "see" some difference. the "gut" around my waist is flabbier and looser (less fat in same skin shell) maybe this sagging as the fat inside deminishes is skewing the measurements ??? Not sure. though a few pants DO have a hard time staying up (most are elastic so no change for them) also I still need the same size dress pants. For now I am happy to see the numbers on the scale going down but I hope to see a physical difference soon as well. I am really getting curious as the WHERE I have remove 72 pounds invisibly. seems really odd. I can see losing 40 and not noticing but I expected to notice SOMETHING at 72 pounds. still have about 120 to go though. Chris Taylor http://www.nerys.com/ "Sunshyne" wrote in message om...
