I watched it the other night on the food channel. Very

intertesting.
The chef and his wife lost mass weight together. He had a

wonderful
recipe for Tequila chicken. I made it last night and it was

different
but good. I'm going to tweak it next time and reduce the cumin.

The
flavor combo of garlic cumin and fresh cilantro was a deviation

from
the norm! Tonight is the spaghetti squash with alfredo sauce. Im

so
sick of fried burgers and deviled eggs I could scream. His recipes

are
posted at this website.....

http://www.lowcarbchefs.com/recipes.htm
and it will be shown again on the 11th also. Go to Foodtv.com and

type
in "low carb revolution" in the search engine and you will see

what
time it will be showing.

I like to shred cabbage into fettuccini size noodles
and steam them and use them for Fettuccini Alfredo!

I not only watched it, but made the Spaghetti Squash Alfredo. It was
delicious. Of course, there's NOTHING like the REAL Pasta and I bought 4
boxes of low carb pasta in Wal Mart. When I have company and make pasta for
dinner, I will then have my own.
I'm still doing well-Thank God.
I am addicted to nuts though and started with pumpkin seeds! YUM YUM!
Monday is weigh in day and that's when I see how my maintenance is doing.

like hamburger, drain it, add shredded cabbage and butter and stir fry
until cabbage is tender, Shake a splash of tabasco on it and
