It's not exactly a diet. It's a great book that explains the whole
physioloy, psychology etc. Very good.

Nope, but from what I've seen on Oprah this is very close to the WW core
plan. Get down to basics, avoid processed foods, avoid "white" stuff (flour
& sugar), eat healthy fats, low fat, etc.

I have been interested in getting the book mainl because Dr Oz goes into a
lot of the science behind heathly weight loss.
