Default "I'm nervous about weigh-in"

That's normal. Many folks on this NG have been WW members for years, are
still overweight, are still counting "points" and are still nervous about
weigh-in. WW has
$old you a bill of good$. Nobody can beat food addiction with a lifelong
"maintenance" system.

Weight loss is very simple. Just eat less bad foods. The human body is
capable of
safely losing up to ten pounds per week. Yet most WW members lose very
little.
Some even gain.

"Diets" were created by for-profit companies like WW and by book authors who
profit by deceiving overweight people. They all promote a lifelong
commitment
to a plan. Diets are about selling books and plans, not about losing
weight.

WW cleverly takes this a step further through feel-good memberships in a
club
where overweight people become dependent on "help" from other overweight
people. What can an overweight person learn from another overweight person?

WW teaches that you can lose weight without denying your love of bad food.
Nonsense. Stop eating high-calorie low-nutrition food, adopt a moderately
active
lifestyle, and watch how nature peels away the pounds. It's miraculous what
nature
can do for you if you simply control your appetite.

Everybody knows that avoiding high-calorie low-nutrition food and being at
least a
little active guarantees weight loss. People with conviction attain
lifelong normal
weight, maintain their health and look great. Weak people remain
chronically fat.
Those in denial of this simple truth can be identified by their
unintelligible protests
against these statements. These people are themselves overweight and
strangely
comfortable with their condition.

I see you are still coming out with the same old dangerous garbage.
Back up your claim with some proof and maybe we'll take you seriously.

I discovered that this thingy doesn't really want any kind of discussion on
facts and that replying to it will result in targeted harassment and even
some email. It really is best to ignore it instead of feed it's need for
attention.
