Default Chapmans LC Goodies in Kanata Ontario

Just for the Ottawa-Kanata/Canucks in the crowd, (The Loblaws at Terry
Fox - across from the Walmart) has Chapmans No Sugar Ice Cream. They
had Dutch Choc, Cookies/Cream, Vanilla and Butterscotch Ripple. AND
they also have the Mini Lolly Popsicles.

I've been fighting a throat ailment for a week, and finding these
Lolly babies is a good thing! Yeah 7.7 carb grams is high for some,
but they taste good, NO ucky after taste, and their hard (not mushy
like some cheap popsicles).

Haven't tried the Ice Cream yet, but I'll report back in a few days.

Oh, Pharmaplus at March Road (Beside the Loebs) Has Atkins PB cups.
THOSE are good! You have to look for them, they're hidden at the far
back near were you drop off your prescriptions. They also had the
Russell stuff, but I didn't like the texture in comparison to the
Atkins.

Another good find: Pumpkin Seeds BBQ and Plain, Cheddar Cheese, and
BBQ Pork Rinds at the Bulk Barn on Hazeldean, as well as a good price
on Almonds, Plain Pumpkin Seeds, and ....Dare I say it (BBQ peanuts!)
Ok, ok, the BBQ peanuts aren't totally low carb, but I've found mixing
in just a couple of grams of these with the pumpkin seeds and a couple
of almonds gives them all a nice BBQ flavor without too many extra
carbs. It seems to get rid of my cravings for BBQ potato chips too,
so bonus!

Enjoy!
