speaking of pb and celery, if you use ff. cream cheese, you can mix it in
with the pb, ratio depends on taste and get the pb taste to go further and
you eat more celery, I use 1/3 pb to 2/3 ff. cream cheese but this might be
too weak for you, Lee, bear in mind I can't see what it looks like, DH says
it looks pretty gruesome

Thanks Fred. I will add some fat into my meals. Yesterday it was peanut
butter on an english muffin for breakfast plus a small amount on my

popcorn
at the movies. I think the lack of fat started big time when I came back
from my mothers. While I was at her place we had twice weekly
cookout/cocktail parties where dip and chips and other higher/normal fat
content foods were present. Here at home everything is LF or FF. I'll

start
by using margarine on my steamed veggies at night plus some peanut butter

as
a snack at night. Peanut butter and celery comes to might as a nice

evening
snack.

Yup, can't cut out all fat. I usually saute in about 1t to 1T of
olive oil. But wind up with peanut butter thinly spread as the ski
lunch.

I'm very disappointed that my loss this week was so small. I was

extremely
careful about what I ate this week. Only used a handful of flexpoints

and
did not eat any of my AP.

I showed this weeks journal to my leader this morning. She said they

were
perfect but to vary my breakfasts, add some protein to them and to

include 2
points of fat each day. Maybe that's why I am constipated again?? So
breakfast today was a WW english muffin (1 point) with 1tbs of peanut

butter
(2pt) and Low Carb yogart (1pt). I bought some more Cottege cheese

doubles
(3pt) and will have them for breakfast with some extra fruit or some

toast.
Breakfasts need to be quick and easy as I only have about 15-20 minutes

in
the morning before all h*ll breaks lose in our house.

About the Low Carb yogart--It is by Dannon. 1/2c tub like their Low

fat.
60
calories, 3 gram fat, 0 fiber for 1 point. I was not impressed with the
consistancy and will stick with their regular brand of Low Fat yogarts.

Our Pathmark just started stocking the Weight watchers bread products.

2
slices of wheat for 1 point. They have white, wheat and Italian. They

also
have english muffins. 1 point per muffin. Very taste breakfast today.

This weekend will be a challenge for me. My "baby" is 14 tomorrow.

She's
having a party at the movie theater this afternoon followed by pizza

and
ice
cream for dinner. I'm going to have a light lunch because I know that I

will
get my usual medium size popcorn (no butter added) and probably a slice

of
pizza at the party. Ice cream store has LF/SF ice cream. That's the

only
place I know I'll be safe tonight. g Tomorrow night she wants to go

out

dinner so there's another heavy meal.

I think so. I normally have the "munchies" from bordom at night. Last night
it was truely due to hunger and the chill in my body from going door to
door. It was windy and cold (below freezing) last night and I was frozen
when I got home. I also hadn't eaten anything since 6pm so I was hungry.

Scale was actually back down to where it matches WWs scale. I think my scale
has a mind of its own some times. Yesterday morning it registered 2+ pounds
up from the prior day for now apparent reason. It was also 2+ higher than
the WW official scale at the meeting. Today it was back down the mysterious
2 pounds. Now I will watch it hit another all-time low by Tuesday and then
creep up by half pounds every morning until my WI on Saturday. This is what
has been happening for the past month and I can't figure out why.

If I have not started approaching menopause that might be the other
explanation for the longer stretches between TOMs. We'll have to see if this
changes now that I am trying to add fat back in to my menus. I made an
omlette for lunch today (egg substitite) but instead of using PAM on the pan
I used 1T of I can't believe its not butter in the pan first for 1 of my 2
needed points. I'll use the other point on salad dressing tonight with
dinner. I'm getting there.

I'll have to try that some time. Of course, I like celery plain so if
there's not enough pb to cover them that's okay too. I just forget about
these types of snacks at night when I have several left over for the day and
need to use them. I tend to reach for the Golean Crunch bars or WOW chips
instead of the pb.

The cleaning up BEFORE the party did. Our house was a mess. Made DH clean up
his mess (he's a pack rat) I can see my dining room table at the moment. It
takes special occasions to get the man to pickup after himself. I give it a
week and the table will be buried again. g

get my usual medium size popcorn (no butter added) and probably a

slice
of
pizza at the party. Ice cream store has LF/SF ice cream. That's the

only
place I know I'll be safe tonight. g Tomorrow night she wants to go

out
to
dinner so there's another heavy meal.

These days I am happy with any loss. My metabolism seems to be messed

up
right now. TOM finally showed up on day 45. Must be approaching

menopose.

Congratulations on the loss of .6 this week! I'd welcome any loss as

my
meds are making it difficult for me to just maintain, never mind

losing
;-(

I'm very disappointed that my loss this week was so small. I was
extremely
careful about what I ate this week. Only used a handful of

flexpoints
and
did not eat any of my AP.

I showed this weeks journal to my leader this morning. She said they

were
perfect but to vary my breakfasts, add some protein to them and to
include 2
points of fat each day. Maybe that's why I am constipated again?? So
breakfast today was a WW english muffin (1 point) with 1tbs of

peanut
butter
(2pt) and Low Carb yogart (1pt). I bought some more Cottege cheese
doubles
(3pt) and will have them for breakfast with some extra fruit or some
toast.
Breakfasts need to be quick and easy as I only have about 15-20

minutes
in
the morning before all h*ll breaks lose in our house.

About the Low Carb yogart--It is by Dannon. 1/2c tub like their Low

fat.
60
calories, 3 gram fat, 0 fiber for 1 point. I was not impressed with

the
consistancy and will stick with their regular brand of Low Fat

yogarts.

Our Pathmark just started stocking the Weight watchers bread

products.
2
slices of wheat for 1 point. They have white, wheat and Italian.

They
also
have english muffins. 1 point per muffin. Very taste breakfast

today.

This weekend will be a challenge for me. My "baby" is 14 tomorrow.

She's
having a party at the movie theater this afternoon followed by pizza

and
ice
cream for dinner. I'm going to have a light lunch because I know

that I
will
get my usual medium size popcorn (no butter added) and probably a

slice
of
pizza at the party. Ice cream store has LF/SF ice cream. That's the

only
place I know I'll be safe tonight. g Tomorrow night she wants to

go
out
to
dinner so there's another heavy meal.
