Default REQ Info: Woman's World meal plan featuring Swiss Chard Radish Salad

There was a diet published in Woman's World within four years
ago featuring the following ingredients:
Swiss Chard & Radish salad
Bananas, Almonds, and Maple Syrup

Other than the bananas, almonds and maple syrup, I think it
was reasonably low in carbs.

There were other meals including things with lamb chops. It
was recommended to be done for about 2 weeks at a time

Almonds and Pistachios at mid-morning or afternoon or both.
It may have been called an "eating plan" or a "meal plan" but I'm not
sure. It was intended to eliminate allergies in general, but not a
specific one, so I'm not sure if it was an elmination diet or a
variant.

Any information on how to find the diet, its name, or the name
of the inventor would be much appreciated.

Thanks in Advance!
