Isn't it difficult, if you do vegan lowcarb? Isn't it difficult to get
enough proteines and fat and still don't eat much carbohydrate, when you don't eat anything from animals? If you are vegetarian you can eat fish, but if you're vegan, what can you eat then? I just wanted to add that no, as a vegetarian I do not eat fish. At first it was difficult because to be a vegetarian low carber you have to think initially 'out of the box.' Personally, the only difficulty I have encountered is when eating out because many restaurants replace animal protein with carbohydrate. |
