Weigh****chers plan???
Several years ago I belonged to WW and their plan then was the point
system.....everything you ate had so many points and at the end of the day you were only allowed so many points.... Since then I understand they have changed their program several times. What is the latest program????? I also question why they keep changing their programs.... Thank you for your answers..... |

I think there are still two parallel plans, one where you count points anmd one where you don't. I was always happiest with points. They tweak the program as more is discovered and learned about weight loss and the sustainability of goal weights. -- Kate XXXXXX R.C.T.Q Madame Chef des Trolls Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.katedicey.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |
