Default High heat, low appetite

It is really hot here lately. I am not eating enough. I can not force much
down in this heat. I had some salad, and some wings, but that is it. It has
been 3 days in a row now. On Sunday, I threw my Lobster Tail away. I
couldn't bear the thought of food.

It isn't good to ruduce to nearly nil calories. How long do I have before my
body thinks it is in starvation mode?

FFS, missing a few meals isn't going to hurt you.

When it was terrible here, I just ate yogurt for all three meals. Lasted a
couple days, and then I could start eating a little bit more again. It's
probably not good for you to eat too much when it's that hot, anyway. I
always feel sick to my stomach if I do. Just drink LOTS of water to
replace what's coming out of your sweat glands.

That could very well be so. Now that I think of it, I have been incredibly
inactive. I haven't been near the gym since last week because the heat has
been sapping my energy.

This morning is a bit cooler and I ate a whole thing of tuna already, so I
suppose I am off to a good start today.

I don't know, but I've had similar experiences lately. I'm sure my body
never thought it was starving, because what little I was eating contained
just enough calories that didn't get burned up because I was so inactive
due to the heat.

Maybe you're having a similar experience?
