was wondering if any one was doing weight watchers on this message board. i
have been on it since march of this years and have lost a total of 30lbs i
reached my first goal weight in sept and went of program. I have been off
the program now going on 1 month and a half months i have gained 5lbs back.
i decided that it was time to get on track and start losing again. i am
now 130lbs and i want to get down to 115lbs. i have 15lbs to lose i know
that i can do it i just have to stick with it. i am looking for any new
ideas that will help me lose the weight. oh yah i am also new to this news
group. just found it today.
thanks for any help

You might want to post in alt.support.diet.weigh****chers. Or, are you
trying to combine low carb and weight watchers?

Unless it's been developed recently, there isn't a lowcarb version of
weigh****chers, so you wouldn't find much support in this group unless
you plan on changing diets.

i was posting there but i haven't been getting messages from anyone lately
so i think there is something wron and i was thinking of changing my diet to
give my body a change for a while because i've been staying at the same
weight lately and i want to start losing again. i'm willing to try anything.
i did the calorie counting before and it helped so maybe i'll go back to
that. who knows i'll see what works and then stick with it thats all i can
do
