Default Update on me!

Me too, I want to make a thread, "Update on me".

I lost 12 pounds in less than two weeks, going from 182 pounds to 170
pounds. The last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose. I'm going to go
back to weight training to put more muscle on that wonderful body that
I have. The reason of my success is certainly the writing down of
everything I eat in a day and taking my weight every morning when I
wake up. I prepare a chart showing my weight on a vertical line and the
date on the horizontal line. This way I can see the weight changing. If
I see that the weight is going up by several pounds, I examine my list
of food that I had the days prior to the increase to determine what
made me fat. For now, the weight changes from 169 to 172. Higher than
172 I start to be concerned. If I maintain below that, I know I'm doing
well. I'm starting to introduce new food and see if it brings my weight
up or down. Three days ago I started to have fifteen dates as
breakfast. Because of the number of carbs in each I expected to gain
weight. I did not! I believe that dates has helped me in the regularity
department. Dates are great. Those that I have taste very sweet and are
so delicious.

Gee, and I thought you were visiting Caleb LOL.

That's great and don't be discouraged if weight loss tapoers oiff or
stops for a whilke. Smart bodies don't likje to have you in control.
They fight for food on behalf of those deflating fat cells.

Default Update on me!

New update... I've been in the 170-172 pounds area in the last 30 days,
which is very good in my case. My goal is to reach 160 pounds. I can't
seem to go down under the 169 pounds. I will have to find a way. I
never want to go back to 180 and plus that makes my belly much more
obvious.

I was stuck all year. When I had to prep for my coloncoscopy I was
instructed to do three days or pureed food and two of liquid and
dropped about three and a half pounds. It's stayed off for a few days.
I am eating less.
.. We'll see if that holds for the next two weeks.

Eating less means getting less vitamins and minerals. Healthy?
