Well not as good this week up 1.6lbs, next week will be better, I seem to do
that have a bigger loss then the next week have a gain, so it all averages
out. Last week I lost 3.2 so. I will just keep plugging away.

knowing the patterns of how you lose helps to assess what is going on, I do
same as you so its not a big deal, Lee, good for you paying attention
