Just stay with it! I have bumpy bits (in the loss program as well a
personally!) that can depress, but hay - it all comes of in the end! I
may go up this week: I have stayed well within the program, taken plenty
of exercise, but last night my ankles were like boots! We've had a few
hot days (I always swell then!), and I've been glued to the sewing
machine, which doesn't help. Make sure you drink plenty and walk about
to get things moving.

I have been fighting the last ten pounds for over six months and decided
that if I never lose another pound I will pay them to keep off what I have
off, hang in there it will happen, Lee

Thanks guys for your words. I needed to hear them, I ate to much today and
I did'nt care but now I am starting to care again, so OP from now on at
least one day at a time, maybe even one minute at time.

I like your attitude Lee, you made me think about it today when I read this.
I am down 41 pounds, 41 lbs that I would not be down and likely have gained
more so you can say probably 45 lbs for sure. So you are right I am willing
to pay them to make sure I don't gain that 41 + back and who knows in
process in few days weeks or months more may come off and one day it will be
80lbs.
Thanks Lee

Lorna
