Default starting atkins tomorrow phase one

I'm starting Atkins tomorrow, I'm a little worried and nervous though. Need
some advice on meal ideas and supprot that I can get. i'm switching from
weight watchers to this so i am not sure what to expect.

I lost my initial weight on the WW plan. I've never followed the Atkins
plan but do try to keep the carb count down in order to prevent the sugar
spikes associated with carb overload. Read everything you can about the
diet before jumping into it ( http://atkins.com/) . Somewhere I read that
many people who have problems sticking with phase 1 simply jump into phase 2
and find it much easier.

Good luck with your new plan. I definately need to lower my carbs after all
the holiday treats I've sampled the last few days.

I think just cutting out grains and sugar will do it for most people. I eat
fruit and beans all the time. I found I do not get any energy from grains
anymore. fruit or fat do it for me.

trust me i am getting all the info i can i belong to several groups that are
giving me tons of info and also i belong to the atkins site and have his
book and reread it regularly
