starting atkins tomorrow phase one
I'm starting Atkins tomorrow, I'm a little worried and nervous though. Need
some advice on meal ideas and supprot that I can get. i'm switching from weight watchers to this so i am not sure what to expect. angie |

I lost my initial weight on the WW plan. I've never followed the Atkins plan but do try to keep the carb count down in order to prevent the sugar spikes associated with carb overload. Read everything you can about the diet before jumping into it ( http://atkins.com/) . Somewhere I read that many people who have problems sticking with phase 1 simply jump into phase 2 and find it much easier. I think just cutting out grains and sugar will do it for most people. I eat fruit and beans all the time.
