Default Is Pork Roll OK for induction?

I looked at the label today, and it said it had 1g of sugar (same with
the Brown and Sere beef sausage).

If I am looking to do this thing, are these meats OK for breakfast
during induction?

As long as you count the carbs as part of your daily allotment. :-| BJ

anyone know where to get carb free (sugar free) pork rolls.

I get the thin sliced (1g carb per 2 slices) but I LOVE pork rolls. helps
make this diet work since it ads a cool zing meat flavor.

I would eat it a lot and mix it with other stuff if I could get it carb
free. but for now I just have 4 slices with breakfast.
