Default CTL raymille signup

Hi Amberle3,
I've started to get religous again. I took a break over the
holidays and really paid the price. It was really hard to get back on
program, but i got some discipline back this week and lost 13.2 lbs.
So starting weight is 331.4 target for CTL is 299.0. Thanks for
running the challenge.

Nice to meet you, Ray! When I've been ambivelant about dieting, I've always
said "wish I could find that dieting religion again," so I can identify with
what you said. But, wow, you've come such a long way!! Welcome back and
