apple diet

hey guys i just wanted to share with u all something that i juts
discovered and i lovvvvve. I wanted to lose 15-20 pounds and I tried a
zillion diets, but i just cant keep away from snickers lol. so i found
the apple patch diet and it really worked, even though I was really
skeptical at first. you jsut stick it on u, just like the birth
control patch. and it gives u energy too! so i was actually able to
work out after work without being too exhausted haha. anyway, so far
I've lost 14 pounds and im so excited and i think everyone should try
it! I actually jstu bought another months supply online and now its buy
