Default Food & Exercise -- 11/16/2006

Had a lazy morning in Dayton, since we furnished up our work
yesterday. I slept in a bit, then just hung out until around 11:00.
Then I went by the office to return the GF grill that I always borrow
from a colleague when I go there (and also to give her my leftover
English muffins, pickles, catsup, etc.). Then I headed to the airport
to get there well before my scheduled 2:30 flight.

Unfortunately, due to bad weather in Baltimore (lots of rain, plus
tornado warnings), we were delayed for about 90 minutes, while sitting
in the plane. (I guess they want to hold you up before you depart,
rather than make you hang around in the air :-).) And when I did
finally get to Baltimore, I had a tough drive home -- the rain had
stopped but there were trees down, flooding, etc., that caused lots of
slow traffic. It took me almost 3 hours to drive 60 miles or so. But
I'm back :-).

Food:

* 9:15 (hotel breakfast buffet): 8 oz. orange juice; waffle w/ 1 oz
peanut butter
* 11:00 (hotel room, picked up earlier at breakfast): 6 oz.
reduced-fat peach yogurt
* 1:00 (airport boarding lounge -- brought with me): sandwich w/ 3 oz.
grilled chicken breast & 2 slices f/f cheese on whole wheat English
muffin
* 3:00 (plane, sitting on runway -- brought with me): apple
* 4:30 (plane snack): 1/2 oz. pretzels; 5 oz. Bloody Mary mix (spicy
tomato juice)
* 9:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slcies
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan

Totals: 1479 calories, 42g fat (26%), 178g carbs (38%), 97g protein
(26%)

Exercise: None, other than trekking around airports.
