What do people in the group use ketchup for?

Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and (I know this will gross some of you out) scrambled
eggs.

A contact lens container might work perfectly, no leaks, fits nice in a
pocket and you would get to have two different things.

as a bonus it would freak people out!

Until Heinz or Hellmanns figures out that LCers would like to have LC
ketchup in convenience packets (just like Splenda or regular ketchup
or mustard or mayo), I was trying to find some kind of small dispenser
that I could bring 2-4 tablesppons of ketchup in when I go to a diner.
Something that I could carry in my pocket and skip the 6-12 extra
carbs of real ketchup.

Any ideas?

The smallest tupperware container I found is 1/2 cup(8 tablspoons) but
it is too big and round to carry around in a pocket.

Sorry if I'm duplicating another answer...

Go to a camping store, like REI, or whatever. They have little plastic
toothpaste tubes (various sizes). You fill from the big end and slip a
clamp/key of the opening. Then there's a cap-end so you can squeeze out the
material. The clamp-key allows you to roll up the tube, just like
toothpaste. Washable, refillable...

Try this:

(Whew! those were not easy to track down.)

Those leak--even with the screw caps (at least mine do when I put
vinegar in them). If one goes that route, place the container in
a small pastic bag....
