That's an interesting idea-I've never seen that. WOuld have to be
leakproof. I scalded my arms yesterday in the garden on the thai
dragon cayennes. I must have gotten the oils on my arm when trying to
look through the bush because my arm burned for a half hour. Habanero
and cayenne sauces are not something you want leaking in your pants!!

I took a trip to the Container Store. A pricier but interesting store.
I found two oz leak proof plastic bottles about 1" sq. by 1.5" tall.
They had an assortment of tiny containers down to one oz in glass &
plastic. Even plastic mason (i think that's right) jars with the snap
lock lids that were 1" round x 2" tall. All less than $2 each. These
should do fine.

I have to admit that certain things like ketchup & bbq sauce continue
to be can't-do-withouts for my taste buds. I think if I had tried low
carb several years ago the menu would have looked bleak without the
lower carb varieties available.

Thanks to all for suggestions...

Until Heinz or Hellmanns figures out that LCers would like to have LC
ketchup in convenience packets (just like Splenda or regular ketchup
or mustard or mayo), I was trying to find some kind of small dispenser
that I could bring 2-4 tablesppons of ketchup in when I go to a diner.
Something that I could carry in my pocket and skip the 6-12 extra
carbs of real ketchup.

Any ideas?

The smallest tupperware container I found is 1/2 cup(8 tablspoons) but
it is too big and round to carry around in a pocket.

I should add that I found a group of very tiny "tupperware" type containers
in the dollar store. They are really handy as pill containers or for salad
dressings or whatever.

I've bought small plastic cups, the size to hold melted butter, at
supermarkets. Not sure if they also have lids. You could also save
one of the little plastic containers you get with take out food to
hold dressing, tarter sauce, etc.

What do people in the group use ketchup for?

In the past, I have only used ketchup for french fries. Since I don't
eat french fries anymore, I don't use ketchup.
