Default Proscuitto on Induction

I'm getting ready to start induction and am getting the foods I'll
nead ready. Last night I bought a package of precut procuitto from
Sam's. The ingredients list includes salt and sugar. The label reads
no carbs. I know the labels can say "O" when there are still trace
amounts. Should I skip the proscuitto on induction? Suggestions?
Advice?

thanks in advance.

it's probably fine in small quantities - three or four ounces a day.
