Hey, nice weight loss.

1. Depends on the exercise.
2. That's what I said. 3. No matter how much you exercise, you'll gain weight if you eat too much. Yes, there are instances where you can exercise so much that you don't have time to eat enough to gain weight, but that is an extreme outlier. -- JC "Rich R" wrote in message ... Hi JC, For one, exercise tends to curb ones' appetite. And two, it is much easier to overeat that to exercise too much. Therefore, exercise, at the end of the day, is more important. Rich R. Huh? Rich R. "JC Der Koenig" wrote in message ... I honestly think that exercise helps, but the main way to keep weight off is to monitor your eating. If you don't control that properly, exercise won't keep you from being or getting fat. Now, having said that, butch up and get back on your weight training, dood. |

Argggggg! I hate seeing people refered to as "crybabies". Is one expected
to think exactly like another. What about environment and individual lifestyle. Some of us, (speaking for myself here), have a very large family with no desire to live a LC lifestyle. So the bananas sit on the table and the bagels in the fridge and the ice cream in the freezer. Now one who decides to change their eating lifestyle may come to resent it when others around eat liberally of everything in moderation. Resentment leading to negative thinking and negative thinking leading to failure. Perhaps many have grown up with "rewards" such as a treat or a desert. You cannot expect ones thinking to change overnight. Let me see someone try and stuff cauliflour fake mashed potato's down the average 6 year old. Won't and shouldn't be done. I realize that taking the "ice cream" and "bagels" can be dangerous, but I for one am grateful that those things CAN fit into my lifestyle and still allow me to lose weight and be fit. Come on Rich cut a lady some slack will ya? Variety tis the spice of life! Tracy Started Sept 01, 2003 194/187/165 "Rich R" wrote in message m... Lots of angry fat people here. Swimming seems to be unique in this regard, and no one knows why. But a long swim does seem to induce more hunger than, say, a long run. martin |
