As I said in another post, I found a bread called Bon Matin Double Bran
that may be available in Ontario. It has 8g carbs. It's available in
Quebec. You may have a similar brand in Ontario.

Depends where you are in Ont. If your in TO Low Carb bread is easy to find,
in 905 it gets a little harder, I'm 613 & by spending an hour on the phone
found fresh made at a bakery 30 Km from me. you can also buy the bake mix
at most health food stores, a little expensive at 19.99 but worth it until
you find where to get cheaper products, keep looking & telling stores you
want low-carb products.

I live in the National Capital Region and haven't seen any specific low carb
breads or tortillas on either side of the border. I would imagine that your
best bet is to check out this Ontario-based on-line low carb sto

I live in Kingston and I buy my Low Carb Bread at a health store called
Sigrid's Natural Foods. The bread is called Food For Life and I've come to
really enjoy it. The unfortunate thing is that it's $5.99 a loaf! There is
also another store downtown called Tara's Natural Foods but they sell it for
$6.89 a loaf.

They have had the bread most times that I've been in there. When you walk
in, ask them for it cause they keep it in the freezer just off to the left
when you walk in the store.

Here's the address:
Sigrid's Natural Foods
675 Bath Road (it's in the same plaza as ScanDesign, just around the corner
from it)
Kingston, Ontario
