Well, It has been an incredible year!!! We are adjusting to having a
kindergartner in the house. I'm so used to having her by my side and
working around her, my new found independance is welcome and
bewildering too. I think kindergarten is harder on me than her LOL. I
am learning to enjoy the 3 hours of spare time each day though LOL!

Carmen You silly girl!!! I emailed you the other day about geocaching

tongue! : ) Check your junk mail in hotmail maybe I slipped thru! My
Postini was set so hairy that all my mail was going there!!!!! Nice to
see you too!

Uh oh. I had to set my Junk Mail folder to "Delete all" so if it went
to junk mail it got deleted automatically. I'll put you on my Safe List
so that won't happen again. If you still have it please resend it.

How's Larry doing?

Take care,
Carmen

Larrys fine, he is LC'ing still too. We have had some set backs but
neither one of us gained too much. Im still on the wagon. He has had a
busy summer. With budget cuts in his job he worked lots of overtime
and only was allowed comp time for it and not the pay at time and a
half so he was frustrated. When we sold the MIL's house be bought a
new Yukon and trailer and spent any spare time travelling and
trailering. I could live in campgrounds! Love the camping thing!!
Found some cool spots for geocaching(we are P.A.Bushwhackers). There
is a local firefighter(pcakes) who is going to baby us along and take
us out on our first find and help me with my coordinants doing my
first hide too! Im excited. I evicted one of my renters and along with
the mess, he left a nifty ammo box!!! I'm still so sorry we didnt get
to hook up when I was in Nashville. I will be coming back though! My
friend has sarcoma of her breast and is going to MD Anderson in
Houston for surgery and chemo. I told her I would fly down again when
she gets home. It isn't looking very good regarding the cancer. I sent
your note long ago. It has since been dumped.
Email me!!!

Default Low Carb Tortilla Hot Dogs

Thanks Andrea, today I had a low carb tortilla wrapped around a hot dog that
I placed a stick of cheddar cheese and a slice of bacon in, cooked it until
light brown and melty (the cheese. It was great and a terrific change for
lunch!

My husband brought home a package of large garlic franks

tonight
and I had a treat that tasted as decadent as a baseball or carnival

hotdog:

Wrap the frank in a small low carb tortilla (I used the green onion

flavor)
Preheat the oven to 425
Sprinkle the tortilla with seasoning of your choice
Spray the tortilla with cooking spray of your choice
Place the tortilla seam side down directly on the baking rack
Bake until the tortilla is lightly golden / brown or to your desired

texture

I had this with mustard that I squirted into the tortilla

after it
came out of the oven and it was wonderful! It is also quick which is a

plus.

Me too Laureen. Once thought about moving out of the apartment and living
in campgrounds...but the ones around here will only let you stay max 2
weeks..I'd always be moving.....lol.
