Hi all!!!

I have reached my two year anniversary of going to WW. This morning at WI,
I had lost a pound making a grand total of 118 pounds. I have 56 more
pounds to goal! Hopefully, by my third year anniversary I will be on
maintenance! Of course, I would like to make it before then, but I am not
going to stress over that! I figure it took me 45 years to get to 350.5
pounds, 3 years to lose half of myself isn't that bad!!!! I KNOW I CAN DO
THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, the doctor set that as my goal weight. I would still be considered
overweight, but not morbidly obese. I can always go lower if I choose. She
thought 174 was a very livable weight considering I have been morbidly obese
all my life.

I'm sure you can achieve whatever weight goal you set for yourself if you
just remember that your life depends on it. Good luck!

Diana, I don't know how tall you are, but I began at 365, and I now weigh
162. I wear a size medium or 10 or 12 depending upon the cut of the clothes.
The new workout pants I bought yesterday are medium and they are baggy.
Since my worst was a size 56, I am quite content. At 174 I was comfortable
in size 14 and could wear some 12's. I have not had any surgery to remove
extra skin or anything else. Just don't quit, and you will make your goal.
What you have lost so far has no doubt improved your health substantially.
Since you have to live with this forever, it is good to have a reasonable
goal. My primary goal was to not quit.

One more thing. Waist measurement is a better indicator of health than just
weight alone.
