Default 23lbs in 23 weeks

yes I started WW Online at 17 stone (238lb) in Oct 2003 and just to
tell you I am at 15st 5lb(215) so in the last 23 weeks I've lost 23lb,
which is a pound a week.
so about 41 more LB's to go.
see you in 41 weeks. lets say Jan 2005
my goal is to be 12st 6lb (174lb) by jan 2005.
