Default Monday Weigh-in

Had my weigh-in this morning and finally got unstuck from where I've been
hovering for the last month. Dropped 6 pounds since last Monday. I increased
my walking and it did the trick! One step at a time. Also, increased my
dairy to two servings in the morning and added two cups of green tea
throughout the day, and an additional fruit serving.

On any given day a dieter can be retaining or have lost 5 lbs in water
weight. Water( and many fluids ) are a diuretic ( tea is one ).

The tea and dairy probably caused you to pee out some of your excess
water and the rest came from burning off fat.
