If I want to lose for sure, I just need to eat stewed tomatoes and ground meat. Yum! |

Gee, advice to eat more carbs and less fat. This does not sound like the

Do you work for free? What would you do if your boss told you he wasn't going to pay you after you put in hard hours? I charge for my books (that's what authors do, duh!), but if you join my mailing list, I provide plenty of FREE information. I don't sell you a book and then keep on charging for additional information like Agatston does. I always get a kick out of mooches like yourself who expect to get paid for working but then expect writers to provide complimentary books to thousands. |
