Food:

8:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese

11:30 (office cafeteria): sandwich w/ 2 oz. turkey breast on 2 slices
whole wheat bread w/ lettuce, tomato, and mustard

3:00 (driving to chiropractor, brought from home): ready-to-drink
protein shake

5:30 (during workout): banana

8:00 (home): 4 oz. hamburger (93% lean) on English muffin w/ 2 slices
f/f cheese; 3 mint meringue cookies

10:00 10 mini carrots w/ 2 tbsp f/f onion dip

Totals: 1339 calories, 27g fat (18%), 161g carbs (48%), 110g protein
(33%)

Exercise:

12:30 -- 4 mile walk

5:00:

Shoulder warmups

Snatch pulls: 2x5x15kg/33lbs; 2x5x25/55; 3x5x35/77

Muscle cleans: 2x4x25/77; 3x4x30/66; 1x4x32.5/71.5

Overhead squats (each set preceded by 1 snatch to get the bar
overhead): 2x5x15/33; 3x4x20/44

Front squats: 1x5x30/66; 1x4x40/88; 2x3x45/99; 3x1x55/121
