At cheat day could just mean not eating below maintenance. It does not have
to mean eating junk food.

Depends on what you mean by cheat days. My cheat days are
when I have a really good T-bone or Porterhouse steak or
orange roughy, something I normally don't have every day
because it's too expensive. That's my cheat day and it's
every bit as good as a bite of chocolate candy or whatever.
