Not that I'm disagreeing with you - I think the idea of blaming his
death on ephedra is a total farse. But - I do recall that they did
say he had it in his bloodstream. Or was it that the tests were
inconslusive because of the amount of time it took for the tests to be
taken the ephedra had disapated.

The point of his story was that he had a pre-existing heart condition
that was only amplified by the ephedra use.



In what way would ephedra "amplify" that heart-condition in a way which
playing sports *wouldn't*?
