Default Day 60 -- still 28 pounds gone

We all have our weak moments, but an occasional award is a good thing.
There is no reason to diet if you can't find one that lets you have
something that you shouldn't, without making you feel like you have ruined
everything that you have accomplished. That is what I love about a low
calorie diet, I can splurge as long as I keep it in my calorie range.

I wish you the best in reaching your goal.

Went to the scale today and say that I had not lost any more weight.
The indicator wanted to go lower - I know that it did - but it was not
quite under 237, and so still 28 pounds gone.
Yesterday had about 1400 (1100 after I subtract for exercise)
calories. I treated myself in the morning to a BK double cheeseburger
(500 calories), and later at home I had dinner (for another 900
calories). I went up my little hill at about 7 PM. So a pretty good
day for me.
Now I am at work.
It struck me today again how hunger is so much less if I am not faced
with a variety of choices of food. Without the choices enabling hunger
to take place, I am largely unaffected by it. (I guess not TOO
unaffected because I stopped yesterday for the cheeseburger, but that
was after I lost weight the night before.)
I hope everyone has a great month ahead and that we adhere to our
reasonable health goals long enough to make ourselves healthier!

Yours truly,

Caleb
