Default What is wrong with my diet?

I have been doing this for 3 weeks and have lost half a kilo. Is there
any reason for the slow weight loss? It is disheartening. Can anyone
see anything wrong with this diet?

I will agree with Chris that there are many variables here with too
little info to go on. One thing that pops out at me tho about your food
choices is that they are limited. Eat the same old thing, get the same
old results or not. Is the tuna packed in water? The ones in oil have
lots of calories. Eggs? Ditch the 2 whole ones(saturated fat and only
12grams of protein) for about five egg whites (no fat and about 20grams
of protein - sprinkle some fatfree cheese & some chopped up veggies for
a good omelot). A cup of oatmeal in the morning would be a nice change
of pace(cinnimon etc for variety) Add in some lowfat dairy (yogurt,
cottage cheese) and even more green/colorful vegetables, with some
fruits. Vegetables and fruits contain the fiber you need to mobilize
fatloss. And what do you drink all day? Water is always your best
choice. Do the FitDay tracking as suggested too. it may open your eyes
and also show you what possibilities you could have in menu planning.
Anyone can 'diet' the weight off, but making a lifestyle change to keep
it off is the cruncher.
