Default second day back on track

i feel that yesterday i made some good choices. i follow weight watchers and
go by points so i will finish filling out my points from yesterday and see
what it says even if i am over in points at least i know i made healthy
choices . which is a good start. it's better then nothing.

up with the dressmaker to take her to a shop and show her 3 of the
dresses I'd picked out, and then she's going to make me a dress that

The thing is - at this point, if I'm going to have this dress made -
then I best just live life as a status-quo from here till after the
wedding. I don't want to be altering the dress up or down in the
weeks before the wedding.

So, while I may continue to workout, and eat right - my goal for the
next 4 months is to keep the same chest and waist measurements at
least.

Its all so exciting!
