Celery, for the most part, is not digested at all. It just passes
through the GI tract.
It would seem unlikely that it takes your body more than 80 calories
to digest an apple, but I can only base my opinions on what I have
researched.
It doesn't. Try living on a diet of apples; if it really is a
negative-calorie food, you should starve to death in record time (the
more apples you eat, the faster you'll starve, if this myth is true).
