If there were such a product that worked and was safe, none of us
would be overweight. I doubt there is anyone who reads this group
regularly that uses any such suppressant. We try to eat a sensible
diet that naturally suppresses our appetites. Here's a site I found
that gives some tips on appetite control I'm sure you'll have better
luck with them than you would from anything you can buy
over-the-counter. You want to take extreme caution if you do find
something to buy - not everything out there is safe.

This is not what you are looking for, but you *can* get it at the
drugstore.

Put a blue light bulb in your refrigerator. It gives everything a
ghastly unhealthy glow and you may be less tempted to eat.

Years ago we were moving out of a rental house when the light bulb in
the frig died about a week before the move. Not wanting to spend
another dime, we scrounged up the only correct wattage bulb in the
house and it was blue. It's pretty effective in the short term!

Once my daughter goes to college in the fall, I may try it again.
