I'm not a fan of aspartame either. I wish the folks at General Mills
would switch to Splenda, but you take what you can get. Fiber One is
the best kept secret as far as low-carb, mass-produced cereals are
concerned.

I could just as easily do a "search" that shows
that LC is evil.
Can the "ASPARTAME IS EVIL" poster post a link to a good study that
demonstrates that aspartame is evil? A search finds lots of conspiracy
type theories but precious little data on the claim.
