Default U.S. to Ban Dietary Supplement Ephedra

(Avonleadragon) wrote in message . com...
I just saw a report on my local news on this. Thing is, I don't
believe in diet pills anyway, they have never worked for me. I think
the natural way is best, but that's just me.

Ephedrine works great. Its about the only thing that really does for
a lot of people. Bodybuilders have used it for years. You don't have
to get a "diet pill." Your paying for extra stuff you don't use.
I've always just did pure Ephedrine/Caffeine. Really the only thing
it does is give me extra energy and make it easier to keep away from
food. I can also cut the Calories more without it hurting my lean
mass that much either. The problem is it does not help much after
about a month. Then I have to stay off it for about 2 weeks. Doing
that a $12 combination gives me about 4-6 months. By then I'm usually
trying to gain weight again.

Basically the FDA is giving you a load of BS because they have no
control over the substance and it actually works. Its really
sickening how much they are lying to obtain their goal. For instance
the Baseball player did not have any in his bloodstream at the time of
death. He died because he was out of shape and wearing layers upon
layers of close in the heat. Most of the other claims have nothing to
back them up. You have maybe less than 100 or so real cases where the
substance caused harm, most probably because it was overdone. That is
pretty good for something that has been used for bodybuilding several
decades.
