Can anyone recommend a good, effective over-the-counter appetite
suppressant? I am not talking about a 'magic diet pill' or trim-spa or
fat burner or anything like that. Just something that helps suppress
feeling hungry. About 10 years ago I tried Dexitrim with some success,
but now they use a new 'natural' formula which doesn't work for me.

one-2 tablespoons (120-240 calories) olive oil. (if you are unaccustomed to
the taste by itself, try to get to just swallow it anyway like a medicine
-it'll grow on you, and you'll be able to tell the taste of yummy vs yucky
after a while.)

It'll sustain you for a LONG time.

I find that low-carb/high fat meals tend to suppress appetite bigtime and
make it so I don't overeat on other types of foods. In fact, I often
forget to eat. If I didn't have children who I had to feed, I'd probably
be more oblivious to food's existence than I am already.

This coming from a former 250+ pound glutton, for whom the idea of
"forgetting food" was a laugh and a half a mere 2 years ago.
