Default going okay...starting walking program tomorrow

i know i'm doing it every morning after work. like i ve said before i work
mid nights and it's easier for me to do it after work. i don't have access
to a tread mill or have a mall close to my home but i do have walking tapes
so when i can't get outside i will try and do those.

then each week after that u up your times by 5 mins and at the end

not bad to begin with then i'll up it like i said as i get

better at
it.
hopefully this along with my diet plan will boost my weight loss.
