They are very tasty vegetables, unfortunately quite carby - 12g
carbs
and 61kcal per 100g. Just have 400g of them, made with onion,
chicken a
curry. 50g load of carbs, but hey, I can afford it already
Try eating raw spinach, it tastes pretty good. 400 grams of raw
spinach is a whole lot.

Although I am not following atkins plan, at least
strictly, I still believe that 5lb from my target, I am supposed to
increase my carbs anyway... Leek is worth it.
