Can anyone recommend a good, effective over-the-counter appetite
suppressant? I am not talking about a 'magic diet pill' or trim-spa or
fat burner or anything like that. Just something that helps suppress
feeling hungry. About 10 years ago I tried Dexitrim with some success,
but now they use a new 'natural' formula which doesn't work for me.

The best appetite suppressant that I have found is LARGE doses of
chitosan/vitamin C. It is important to use the right ratio of vitamin
C. There is a lot of misinformation (pro and con) on chitosan, so you
might want to read these articles:
Chitosan Versus Xenical
Is chitosan just another scam, or does it really block a significant
amount of fat like Xenical? And if chitosan is a scam, why does Roche
have a patent on it?

Chitosan Weight Loss Experiment Update
My second chitosan weight loss experiment shows that humans really can
achieve the same spectacular weight loss results as the animal
chitosan studies!
